About Reception Academy
Reception Academy, based in the heart of London, offer vocational training to people with a desire to start a career in hospitality and provide hotels with skilled staff across all departments. Reception Academy believe that passion, hard work and a solid basic knowledge will give everyone the opportunity to be successful.
The company was founded after it became clear that people were missing out on opportunities due to their lack of experience, knowledge and skills. Reception Academy created the Hotel Receptionist Training Course to give passionate and driven individuals the chance to start their hospitality career.
With a high success rate, many of their graduates have gained employment within the hospitality industry upon completing the course. They provide a platform allowing graduates and employers to connect. Reception Academy are acknowledged by over 800 hotels and currently have graduates working in some of the top hotels including The Ritz, Hilton, Marriott, and Park Plaza. 95% of graduates go on to work in their chosen job role.
How We Are Helping
Hayward Miller are working with Reception Academy through its Telemarketing service. We are promoting the training courses and getting in contact with people who previously shown interest, to make sure they are not missing out on the perfect opportunity.
