We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our clients. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Provide information about product features, prices, and present their benefits.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- To sell a wide range of products and services from varied industries.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer, office and telephone systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Excellent time management and efficiency with the phone.
- Familiar with the BANT qualification process.
- Experience working with CRM’s.
- Multilingual (English speaking with French, German, Spanish, or other languages).
- Knowledgeable on the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.
