Telesales Representative

Your Complete Sales Solution

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our clients. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsible

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Provide information about products features, prices and present their benefits
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Preferably knowledge on a wide range of sectors
