Free skill tests are offered to candidates to safeguard validity before suggested any roles, some of which include:
LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE – Candidates specialising in Hard & Soft Landscaping, Tree Surgeons, Grounds Maintenance, Fencing and Horticultural Workers.
TECHNICAL, ENGINEERING – CNC Machinists, Sheet Metal Workers, Welders, Quality Inspectors, Grinding, Injection Moulding and Maintenance Engineers.
AUTOMOTIVE & DRIVING – HGV & Car Mechanics, Panel Beaters, MET Technician, Paint Sprayers, Tyre Fitters, Van & 7.5 Tonne Drivers.
SUPPLY CHAIN – Warehouse & Production Workers, FLT Drivers, Stores, Despatch, Quality Control, Sales, Administration& Accounts.
Hayward Miller is working alongside the CWS Group as an extension to their salesforce, using our Managed Services package to increase their sales. We have begun targeting their customers in the Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Recruitment sector where we’ve contacted many leads and already have customers in direct contact with key decision-makers.
