Founded in 2010 by Andrew Hayward, Hayward Miller started as a sales training company. Once Andrew let it be known that the company was in the market for business, the demand was for his Business Development skills. As the demand grew, the company grew. While being briefed by a Business Development team member, Andrew was informed that the client was asking for Telesales to be carried out and nothing else. This particular Business Development Manager was not keen on “cold calling”. At this point, Andrew realised that there was a gap in the market for Telemarketers and Market Researchers. The Market Researchers would target the right person in the company. The Telemarketers would then call the “warm lead” with a much improved chance to reach the Decision Maker. The Business Development Manager could take over once an appointment was made. The Business Development Managers had the skills for technical and detailed discussions and the ability to build a business and develop new opportunities.
Today, Hayward Miller is best described as an “Outsourced Sales Company”. We offer three main Elements:

We work on behalf of our clients for a set number of days per month. These numbers of days are based from the goals and targets your company wants to achieve. As backing support, Hayward Miller effectively becomes an extension of your sales team, utilising your email addresses and business cards. We work on the basis of a day rate. Once you have agreed the objectives, we arrange a contract to suit your budget and requirements. Every client is treated individually – your aims are listened to thoroughly and a bespoke package is created, specific to your needs.

Hayward Miller outgrew its first office in May 2015 when the company moved to managed offices in Thetford, Norfolk. Moving out of one managed office and into another within months, the company continued to grow. With 16 people on the books in 2016, we upscaled again for continued growth.
